Richard is a global business leader with a +25-year track record of creating value through strong and integrated commercial execution and innovation. He worked at The Coca-Cola Company in his native Colombia, with The McDonald’s Group in Atlanta, and in Marketing Leadership roles in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. His earlier work at CARE USA shaped his views about the importance of innovation and mobilization of different actors around common goals to drive scalable positive social and environmental change. Most recently, Richard capped 8 years in FrieslandCampina managing businesses in Europe, Asia/Africa/Middle East, and, most recently, in Vietnam. Richard holds an MBA from Emory University and is currently a partner at Zero by Fifty Ventures.
